Absolutely! We offer day passes so you can experience our facilities before joining. You can purchase this online or at reception. You can also book a tour with one of our team members. Day passes are only £7.

Yes, we have a Hyrox inspired class every Thursday 6pm-7pm Purchasing a day pass will give you access to this as well as the gym.

Yes and exciting news, we have recently revamped and extended our shower and changing room facilities June 25. Which has received excellent feedback from our members.

While we don’t have a specific women’s only area, we strive to create a comfortable and inclusive environment for all our members. We do however have a zone 2 gym area upstairs with a dedicated Glute area which is very popular with women, it features a nautilus glute drive and much more!
